LECHE FLAN RECIPE
  
Dastan cooks this Filipino dessert with Grandma.

INGREDIENTS:
12 egg yolks
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
6 tablespoons granulated sugar

STEP 1:  Prep your cake pan (6" x 2") by caramelizing white sugar into them. You will need two pans for this ingredients.

STEP 2:  Mix all the above ingredients

STEP 3:  Steam for 45 minutes, cool & refrigerate before serving.
